A contented kingdom lives in Possylvania under the reign of King Peter IV. Sadly, his only heir to the monarchy, son Harold, suddenly develops blindness. As the physicians are unable to treat him, the monarch quickly develops concerns for the kingdom's future.
A strange visitor to the regal residence, however, inspires renewed optimism. He describes to King Peter a flower that possesses a mysterious ability to cure every human ailment. A group of devoted pages, led by Gerald, sets
off in search of it.
Their expedition will be treacherous and replete with obstacles. They will be required to endure, among other perils, storms, human cruelty, slavery, fierce animals, and pirates. They shall embark on an expedition into a fantastical, and rather supernatural realm.
Will one of the people who embark on this endeavour succeed in returning the enigmatic flower to Possylvania? Above all else, is it possible that even a single individual will survive this perilous mission?
