John D. Finley, Ph.D. is a professor of philosophy at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis. He received his doctorate at the University of Dallas. He has taught at Thomas Aquinas College in California and is a member of the Aquinas Institute at Blackfriars Hall, University of Oxford. Dr. Finley has lectured and published on the nature of the human person, sexuality, phenomenology, and the thought of Thomas Aquinas. In 2017, he was awarded a grant from the John Templeton Foundation to pursue interdisciplinary research on philosophy, science, and gender. He and his wife Hilary have three children.
