Our Lady of Lourdes Socks

In 1858, Our Lady of Lourdes came to a little girl called Bernadette Soubirous at Lourdes, France. Bernadette saw a series of visions of the Virgin Mary at the Lourdes grotto, during which Mary instructed her to pray for sinners and conduct penance.

Bernadette was assigned the responsibility of digging at the grotto's base to unearth a spring. The water from the spring proven to have extraordinary healing effects for the ill.

During her last vision, Mary described herself in Bernadette's home language as the "Immaculada Councepciou," or "Immaculate Conception" in English. This profound words, as well as the healing waters, are incorporated on our design. Our Lady of Lourdes is regarded as a symbol of hope and healing across the globe.
